Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 4 C (1000 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Mango Lassi Mix
  • 1 C (250 ml) frozen sliced strawberries
  • 1 C (250 ml) fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 C (250 ml) granola
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) chia seeds
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) shredded coconut
  • Toppings (optional): pepitas, sunflower seeds

Preparation


 
  • In a bowl, stir together yogurt and dip mix.
  • In four glasses, alternate layers of yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, granola, chia seeds, and shredded coconut until glasses are filled to the top.
