Preparation


 
  • Trim cauliflower. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook whole head until tender crisp, about 8 - 10 minutes.
  • While cauliflower is cooking, combine tomato soup, milk, and Vegetable Seasoning in Multipurpose Pot - 8 C. Stir well. Bring to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  • Remove pot from heat, add cheese and stir well. Return Pot to low heat and continue stirring until cheese melts. Season with Sea Salt and Pepper.
  • Place cauliflower on large serving plate and pour tomato cheese sauce overtop. Serve immediately.

Tip: Try Lemon Dilly Dip Mix instead of Vegetable Seasoning.
