Preparation


 
  • Preheat oven to broil.
  • Lay baguette slices on lined Sheet Pan and lightly spray with oil using a spray pump. Broil for 2 min each side, or until golden.
  • Combine tomatoes, sauce mix, oil, salt and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
  • Spoon 1 tbsp mixture onto each baguette slice. Sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.
