  • 3 crisp apples
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Apple Pie Spice
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sugar, optional
  • 1 C (250 ml) 2% plain Greek yogurt

Preparation


 
  • Core and slice apples.
  • Combine apples, spice, and sugar, if using, in a Rectangular Steamer. Cover; microwave on high 3–5 min. Apples should be tender, but not mushy. Top with Greek yogurt.
