Ingredients


Makes: 24 pinwheels
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) light cream cheese
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) grated low-fat cheese
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) finely diced red pepper
  • 2 tsp (10 ml) diced jalapeño peppers
  • 1 green onion, finely diced
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) Fajita Seasoning
  • 4 (7in/14 cm) tortillas

Preparation


 
  • Blend first 6 ingredients.
  • Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla.
  • Roll tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours, or up to 3 days.
  • Preheat oven to 450° F (203° C).
  • Slice rolls into 1" (2.5 cm) rounds and place seam side down on Sheet Pan lined with Bake & Roll.
  • Bake 5-7 minutes.
