Ingredients


Makes: 2 servings
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Herb & Garlic Dip Mix
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) fresh tomatoes, diced, or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Greek-style black olives, pitted and sliced
  • 2 C (500 ml) cooked pasta
  • 1/4 C (60 ml) Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Sea Salt (Grinder), to taste
  • Black Pepper (Grinder), to taste

Preparation


 
  • Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes.
  • Toss into any hot pasta. Top with crumbled Feta cheese. Season to taste with Sea Salt and Pepper.
