Ingredients

Taco SeasoningTaco Seasoning
Sea Salt , if desired
Black Pepper , if desired
1 12 lb (680 g)
boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1
onion, sliced
2
bell peppers, sliced

small whole-grain or corn tortillas, warmed

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400° F (200° C).
  2. In a small bowl combine oil and Fajita Seasoning. Season with Salt and Pepper, if desired.
  3. Toss chicken, veggies, and oil mixture together on a Sheet Pan lined with a Sheet Pan Liner and spread out evenly.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked and the veggies are soft.
  5. Serve with tortillas and your favorite fixings.

Serve with 3 tbsp prepared Guacamole, 14 cup prepared Poco Picante Salsa, 1 cup mixed veggies, in season, your choice
